Clean Energy Project Implementors Committee
Clean energy projects (CEP) primarily encompass solar, battery storage systems and EV charging. The complexity of developing these projects- designing, financing, funding, creating ownership models- combined with the need to increase the size, scale, and speed of implementation create a unique challenge for achieving policy and climate goals. And, with each project being unique, the lack of an environment to support project managers through various project phases stifles their ability to achieve policy goals in the face of climbing utility rates and climate hazards.
The Clean Projects Implementors Committee was created to be a place for those implementers to receive peer-to-peer support and learn about emerging technologies, policies, and funding opportunities. It provides the environment implementers need to have honest and in-depth updates and reflections on their projects, collaborate on procurement, financing, and funding, refine regional advocacy, and more.
