Building Decarbonization Committee

The Building Decarbonization Committee is a working group consisting of local government staff and technical experts collaborating on building decarbonization policies and programs, often in the form of Reach Codes. Although the group initially started with Santa Barbara County jurisdictions, the group has expanded to include jurisdictions collaborating with us in SLO and Ventura Counties.
